Hand brewed and produced in small quantities. The brewing size is limited to 750 kg for careful and sensitive
moromi(raw unrefined sake)management control, and its do not cut corners and compromise on every grade of
sake. The sake brewed by the toji, who carefully pays close attention to each grain of rice, is a refined, clean, and
soft sake with the flavor of rice, but without the dullness. Brewed using ‘Yamada Nishiki’ the king of sake rice.
1573 National Cellar
Guojiao 1573 is a prestigious baijiu crafted to commemorate the revered 1573 National Treasures Cellars, acknowledged as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its historical significance. It pays homage to the traditional brewing techniques of Luzhou Laojiao liquor, recognized as China's Intangible Cultural Heritage.
