I. Types of Membership

1. Director Members: Individuals or enterprises engaged in the catering, wine, and tea industries.
2. Executive Directors: Catering enterprises or individuals with a certain influence in the industry.
3. Vice Presidents: Catering enterprises or individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of the association.
4. President: Catering enterprises or individuals with high influence and reputation in the industry.
5. Honorary President: Individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the catering industry.

II. Membership Application Process

1. Submission of Application:
   • Applicants fill out the "Membership Application Form" and provide relevant qualification documents.
2. Review and Approval:
   • The Secretariat of the association conducts a preliminary review of the application materials, followed by a final review by the Board of Directors.
3. Payment of Membership Fees:
   • Upon approval, the applicant pays the membership fees as stipulated.
4. Issuance of Certificate:
   • The association issues a membership certificate and a membership handbook to the new member.

III. Membership Rights

1. Director Members:
   • Participation in various activities organized by the association.
   • Priority access to industry information and resources.
   • Enjoyment of training and consulting services provided by the association.
2. Executive Directors:
   • All the rights of Director Members.
   • Priority participation in professional training and industry forums organized by the association.
   • Priority display on the association's website and promotional materials.
3. Vice Presidents:
   • All the rights of Executive Directors.
   • Participation in major decisions and management of the association.
   • Priority status as guests at association-organized events.
4. President:
   • All the rights of Vice Presidents.
   • The right to propose suggestions and opinions on major issues of the association.
   • Priority access to various resources and support provided by the association.
5. Honorary President:
   • Enjoyment of special honors and courtesies provided by the association.
   • Priority participation in major events and projects of the association.

IV. Membership Obligations

1. Adherence to the association's charter and regulations.
2. Active participation in association activities and support of association work.
3. Timely payment of membership fees and maintenance of the association's legal rights and reputation.
4. Prompt feedback of industry trends and related information to the association.

V. Membership Fees

1. Director Members: $2000
2. Executive Directors: $5000
3. Vice Presidents: $10000
4. President: / Honorary President: over 20000 by donate
   

VI. Supplementary Provisions

1. This program shall be implemented from the date of publication.
2. Matters not covered herein shall be interpreted by the Board of Directors of the association.
