About us

The CCSA CATERING ASSOCIATION, based in Vancouver, Canada, unites restaurants, food suppliers, and all catering-related enterprises to build a professional, open, and collaborative platform. Its mission is to:

- Promote exchange and integration of Chinese and Western catering cultures.
- Enhance the overall standard of the catering industry.
- Popularize and elevate the quality of food, wine, and tea cultures.
- Provide comprehensive one-stop services for Chinese cuisine expansion globally.
